YEREVAN. – On November 17, at 4:32pm, the 911 emergency hotline of Armenia received a report that smoke was observed from the roof of a 5-story building in Yerevan. The Emergency Situations Ministry informs about this.
Three fire and rescue squads, a ladder fire truck, operational and emergency response teams, a psychiatric instructor, and a disaster medical team were dispatched to the scene.
