President of Flash LLC Barsegh Beglaryan confronted former minister of agriculture Sergo Karapetyan when he was interrogated one-and-a-half months ago. This is what Barsegh Beglaryan told journalists in court before the trial over his case today.

Yesterday the Special Investigation Service of Armenia reported that a charge had been brought against Barsegh Beglaryan for committing an act provided for by point 1 of part 3 of Articles 38-179 of the Criminal Code of Armenia.

According to the presses, Sergo Karapetyan has testified about the charge brought against Barsegh Beglaryan.

Barsegh Beglaryan is charged under the same case in which a charge has been brought against third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. He said he hadn’t discussed the matter with Serzh Sargsyan after being charged.
