YEREVAN. – Within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met yesterday with Secretary General Thomas Greminger of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported.

The FM noted that Armenia attaches great importance to the strengthening and enhancement of the effective partnership with the OSCE executive bodies through the promotion of new targeted programs and initiatives. From this point of view, they discussed cooperation within the framework of the OSCE program on cooperation with Armenia.

Mnatsakanyan and Greminger also touched upon the process of peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. They underlined the importance of successive steps towards strengthening the peace-building environment and preparing the peoples for peace and the role of the OSCE in this regard.
