YEREVAN. – Jalal Harutyunyan, the newly appointed Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic, convened a working consultation today.
During the meeting, the current and upcoming plans for the army were discussed, regarding which the Defense Minister gave guidelines and instructions to the officers in attendance, the press service of the Artsakh Defense Ministry reports.
