The Armenian Democratic Liberal Party-Ramgavar believes the incompatibilities and dark sides in the current Constitution of Armenia serve as a great barrier on the path to implementing the urgent reforms in the judiciary.

In its statement, the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party-Ramgavar also states the following: “The Constitution contains articles that were written and imposed by the former corrupt authorities in order to usurp the Constitutional Court.

The Armenian Democratic Liberal Party-Ramgavar, exploring the reasons for the tension in the Constitutional Court and the decision of the authorities to eliminate the obstacles to the path for judicial and legal reforms through a referendum, calls on everyone to participate in the referendum to take place on April 5, 2020 and say YES to the constitutional reforms.”
