Bright Armenia party leader Edmon Marukyan said there are citizens with an alternative opinion on the upcoming referendum. His remarks came Monday at the Armenian parliament.
“We represent those very people,” the MP said.
According to the party leader, they do not monitor the campaign, and thus they could say nothing on violations.
As reported earlier, the referendum on the constitutional amendments in Armenia is scheduled for April 5.
