The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has issued a statement regarding the establishment of a state of emergency in the country.
"The Central Electoral Commission informs that all activities, processes and activities being carried out to prepare and hold a referendum on amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia are terminated by all participants in the process," the statement reads, in particular.
