U.S. President Donald Trump has sent a letter to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un expressing expressing his desire to improve the two countries' relations, Yonhap reported.
Trump also offered help with the fight against the coronavirus, Kim's sister said Sunday.
North Korean officials said the letter is “a good example showing the special and firm personal relations”.
