Artsakh authorities have urged citizens to refrain from traveling to Armenia within the next few days because of the restrictions on the right of people to free movement throughout Armenia and the mandatory self-isolation of people, Artsakh Information Headquarters reported.
According to the statement, one should travel to Armenia only in case of emergency.
