Judge Artush Gabrielyan has granted the request for the arrest of the former Armenian ambassador to the Holy See, Mikael Minasyan, his attorney Mihran Poghosyan wrote on his Facebook.
He recalled that a year ago the same judge granted the request for the arrest of the former director of the Surb Grigor Lusavorich medical institution, Professor Ara Minasyan.
