President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan has made new appointments.

Artur Petrosyan has been appointed First Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of Artsakh.

Arayik Lazaryan has been dismissed from the position of First Deputy Head of Administration of Governmental Affairs-First Deputy Chief of Staff of the President and appointed Head of Administration of Governmental Affairs.

Davit Babayan has been dismissed from the position of Head of the Central Information Department of the Office of the President-Deputy Chief of Staff of the President and appointed Advisor to the President.

Vahram Poghosyan has been appointed Head of the Central Information Department of the Office of the President-Deputy Chief of Staff of the President.
