Armenian defense minister's spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan has commented on the Azerbaijani defense minister's statement.

According to her Facebook post, Azerbaijani defense minister Zakir Hasanov held a meeting and boasted, in fact definitively recognizing that the Azerbaijani side was the initiator of the April 2016 actions.

“Moreover, Hasanov admitted that they are not very satisfied with the results of the April war," she added.
