YEREVAN. – If the halls of power are not able to properly see the risks and respond in this case, what are they doing at the helm of power? Arman Abovyan, secretary of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) faction, stated this in a talk with journalists in the National Assembly on Tuesday.

"There is no substantive response [by them to our questions]. I'm just amazed at the boundaries of this brazenness," he added.

Asked what steps the PAP will take, Abovyan answered: "No tool will be ignored by us, if necessary. We are not constrained by anything. We are now holding very active meetings and consultations with political forces, NGOs, those people who are concerned.”

"The halls of power are unable to properly assess the situation," he noted, in particular.

Abovyan added that they will never collaborate with forces that are not acceptable to the people.
