Armenian government held a meeting on Saturday, led by PM Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, anti-crisis measures and cabinet programs were discussed, the government's press service reported.

In the context of ensuring food security, a draft of economic measures was presented to increase the area of sown wheat and, therefore, increase productivity. The event is planned to be implemented with government subsidies, with the involvement of the private sector through the offer of high-quality wheat seeds to agriculture. Following the discussion, the PM ordered to submit an appropriate draft cabinet decision.

During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of anti-crisis measures of economic and social importance were also discussed. The tools and opportunities for supporting representatives of areas affected by the crisis were presented. In the near future, discussions in this direction will be continued and clear proposals for the implementation of activities will be presented.
