Leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan’s attorney Emin Khachatryan told Kentrontv there is no testimony under the criminal case regarding Tsarukyan at all.

“The show was initially put on with several messages. A person is publicly charged with large damages to the state, as well as tax evasion and illegal entrepreneurship. Investigators conduct a search with respect to the case of electoral bribe, and the petition of the Prosecutor General of Armenia only concerns electoral bribes. Exploring the materials, we can clearly state that this case is phony. In addition, there is no concrete evidence presented in the petition that will substantiate the fact that Mr. Tsarukyan has anything to do with those electoral bribes or with anyone who is part of the case as an accused-on-trial. It is noteworthy that all the deputies of the ruling party are releasing materials from the criminal case that even I haven't had access to for the past two days,” Emin Khachatryan said.
