Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan and his supporters gathered at one of Tsarukyan’s restaurants and celebrated after the court decided not to arrest him.

“I want you to know that the most important thing is that I don’t do anything for personal interest. I presented the social, economic and political situation of the country and the coronavirus situation, meaning I presented the reality. However, nobody can intimidate me to not present the situation. This is a political order, and things will continue like this,” Tsarukyan told his supporters and thanked them for their support.

As reported earlier, the court ruled to deny the petition to arrest Tsarukyan.

Tsarukyan is charged with obstructing the will of voters through electoral fraud, but doesn’t accept the charge and views the case against him as unlawful.
