Thirteen people died at a medical center after the explosion that took place in Tehran. As reported Fars, citing head of the paramedic service of Tehran Peyman Saberian, 13 people were killed at the Sina Atar medical center, and another six were wounded.

Tehran’s firefighting service reported that the fire has already been neutralized and search operations are underway.
