The special session of the Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) was supposed to be held at the initiative of Secretary General Stanislav Zaas, but it has been postponed for an indefinite period, as Spokesperson of the CSTO Vladimir Zaynetdinov told RFE/RL.
