Today, citizens of Armenia wishing to leave for Russia have gathered in front of the government building and are holding a protest to open the borders. The protesters talked to Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who stated that it all depends on the pandemic, which is why the state of emergency has been extended, and urged them to be a little patient so that people can leave the country in a month.
