Anonymous evildoers have desecrated an Armenian cemetery located in the premises of the Foundation of the Holy Savor and Forty Children Armenian Churches in the Sincan district of Ankara.

According to Aktifhaber, Vice-President of DEVA Party Mustafa Yeneroglu has discussed the desecration of the Armenian cemetery with Mayor of Ankara Mansur Yavas and has stressed that the fact that the cemetery was desecrated and the bones were scattered is inadmissible.

“All the bones removed from the cemetery need to be buried, and the premises needs to be under supervision. Preserving cemeteries and cultural heritage is the duty of civilizations,” Yeneroglu stated.
