Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Avinyan today posted the following on his Facebook page:

“In spite of the coronavirus pandemic, construction of a new 250 megawatt thermal power plant continues in Yerevan.

There has already been an investment of $130,000,000, and a total of more than $270,000,000 will be invested.”
