During today’s government session, Head of the Urban Development Committee of Armenia Armen Ghularyan touched upon the villages damaged as a result of Azerbaijan’s attack in Tavush Province in July and said the foundations for a home in Chinari have been laid, the walls and columns in the basement are being placed, and design works are in progress.

A prefabricated shelter has been placed in Nerkin Karmiraghbyur village, and the only thing left to do is to cover it with soil. We plan to build the grove on the land of a resident who is going to sell it. The governor of Tavush Province is currently holding talks with the residents.

There will also be a shelter with reinforced concrete and with 70 spots in Aygepar village. We have already selected the area and the builder, who will launch construction in one or two days. The shelter will be located in the schoolyard. Large-scale works are also underway for repair of roofs of homes in Aygepar,” Ghularyan said.
