Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Shushan Stepanyan today posted the following on her Facebook page:
“Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov has arrived in Armenia to attend the solemn closing ceremony of the “Fighter for Peace” competition.
Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov will have meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense.”
