President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today paid a visit to the Berkadzor village in Askeran region and had a meeting with the locals.

The head of state was also told about the asphalting of the road from Stepanakert-Askeran highway to Berkadzor which is already in the stage of completion and talked to the locals about their problems. President Haroutyunyan congratulated the villagers on Artsakh’s Independence Day and emphasized that all the issues will be considered and relevant solutions will be provided according to priorities.

The head of state was accompanied by Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan.
