President of Russia Vladimir Putin has recorded a video message for the United Nations General Assembly, Rosia 1 TV reports.
The video message will be shown on the first day of discussions of the General Assembly on September 22.
The United Nations General Assembly’s summit will be held on September 22-29. Putin won’t be leaving for New York due to the unfavorable coronavirus situation in the United States.
