The Armenian Unified Information Center reports that Azerbaijani armed forces have targeted civilians and fired with weapons of large calibers.
The Center has also released a video showing what damages people suffered in Stepanakert.
“They are striking, a child jumps, I hug the child and we head out. This is what I remember,” a female citizen of Stepanakert, whose apartment is completely destroyed, told the Center.
