Azerbaijan has used a Smerch rocket in the direction of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
He also posted a video showing the tail of this rocket stuck in the ground.
