The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin, discussed the situation on the Nagorno-Karabakh line of contact during a telephone conversation on Wednesday. This is the first conversation between the leaders of the two countries since the beginning of hostilities in the region.
