A short while ago, the Parliament of the Land of the Basques issued a statement on the current situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), as reported on the Facebook page of the Embassy of Armenia in Spain.
The statement particularly states that “the settlement of the issue needs to be hinged on the basis of expression of free will of the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh.”
