Members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party today held a protest against Azerbaijani aggression near the residence of the Prime Minister in London, screaming “Recognize the Republic of Artsakh Now”, “Artsakh is Ours”, “Armenia Wants Peace, Aliyev Wants War”, “We Will Win”, etc.
They also sang Armenian patriotic songs.
Similar protests have also been held in Beirut, Paris, Toronto, Sao Paolo and Milan.
On September 27, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive against the Republic of Artsakh, targeting also the peaceful population. On September 27, both Artsakh and Armenia declared martial law.
Starting from October 10 at 12:00 a ceasefire was declared for humanitarian purposes for the exchange of prisoners of war and other detained persons and the bodies of the deceased, through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and in accordance with the standards of the ICRC.
