Despite the fact that the Defense Army adheres to the agreements on the humanitarian ceasefire reached in Moscow and is not firing, the Azerbaijani side continues to shell Stepanakert, Hadrut, Martuni, and other settlements of the Artsakh Republic. The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army noted this in a statement.

"At the same time, the Azerbaijani side is spreading false information that as if the Defense Army units have targeted the city of Ganja. These allegations are absolutely false, they have nothing to do with reality," the Artsakh Defense Army added.
