According to the agreement, the process of removing the corpses from the battlefield was to take place today, and with the mediation of the Red Cross; everything was to be done according to the rules. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan stated this at Sunday morning’s press conference.
"[But] what is happening now is another proof of the attitude of the Azerbaijani authorities towards their own people. Their corpses are on the front line, there will be a big [sanitary] disaster in a few days. Imagine, there are hundreds of corpses on the front line, and the Azerbaijani authorities are indifferent, indifferent to their corpses, fallen, the ‘heroes.’ There are such authorities in Azerbaijan," Haroutyunyan added.
