The OSCE Minsk Group will soon propose resumption of dialogue on the Karabakh issue, the Azerbaijani MFA press service quotes the Minsk Group’s French Co-Chair Stephane Visconti as saying
On Sunday, Visconti and Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov held telephone talks, during which Visconti expressed regret over the situation and stressed the importance of maintaining the ceasefire.
Calling on the parties to abide by the agreements reached in Moscow, the Co-Chairs noted that the Minsk Group will soon make a proposal to resume political dialogue between the parties, RIA Novosti quoted the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry as saying.
