During a briefing today, Advisor to the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Davit Babayan said Iran and Russia are direct targets of Pan-Turkism and that it is clear that if the Azerbaijani-Turkish terrorist alliance succeeds in Nagorno-Karabakh, this will be lethally dangerous for Iran and Russia.

According to him, this will inevitably lead to interethnic conflicts, the terrorists who infiltrate into Iran and Russia will try to incite clashes and violate the territorial integrity of those countries, and terrorists will penetrate into the North Caucasus.

Babayan added that, according to his information, even extremists Uyghurs have been spotted among the militants, and they will obviously try to return to Xinjiang and destabilize the situation there.

As far as Iran is concerned, it isn’t giving in to emotions and has great experience in diplomacy. It is clear that attempts are being made to provoke Iran with allegedly accidental strikes, but Iran won’t leave such actions unanswered.
