Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan touched upon the establishment of a humanitarian truce, which was to enter into force from midnight.

“Humanitarian truce was agreed from this midnight. From 7.20am Azerbaijan launches large scale offensive operation. Ripping up own commitments again puts on show dishonourable corrupt regime practices of Baku,” he tweeted.

A second humanitarian truce was declared between Armenia and Azerbaijan since Sunday, however, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continued shelling from artillery and small arms, using missiles in some directions.
