Azerbaijani soldier Emin Bakhshaliyev, who has been taken prisoner of war by the Armenian armed forces, has told about the participation of the Turks in the preparation for the military aggression against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

An excerpt from the video of his being questioned was shown during Tuesday’s press conference with the participation of representatives of the National Security Service and the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

According to Bakhshaliyev, the military that had arrived from Turkey had carried out 10- to 15-day preparations in his military unit. "We were told to prepare for war. The Turks were in military uniform, but without a rank. They were called 'commander,'" Bakhshaliyev said, adding that they had been ordered to kill as many Armenians as possible.

He also said that the Azerbaijani missile systems were being installed in the courtyards of residential buildings in densely populated districts. "They were used during military operations. People continued to live in their homes," Emin Bakhshaliyev said.
