Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan’s Spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan posted the following on her Facebook page:

“In response to questions from the media, I would like to inform that during their meeting with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on October 20, second and third Presidents of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan informed that first and second Presidents of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharyan want to leave for Moscow to discuss the situation created in Nagorno-Karabakh with representatives of the Russian elite and propose concrete solutions to the Government of Armenia after the discussions.

The ex-presidents of Artsakh suggested that the results of the possible visit be considered during a meeting with the former and current leaders of Armenia and Artsakh. Prime Minister Pashinyan agreed to the proposal and emphasized that he can’t be an obstacle to any possible step that will favor Armenia and Artsakh.

According to our information, the ex-presidents still haven’t left Armenia. In any case, the Prime Minister and the government are open for proposals to solve the situation and have never refused to consider such proposals.”
