The “Hərbi Xəbərlər və Məlumatlar” Facebook page, affiliated with the Azerbaijani government on military matters, has published some unrelated photos and has claimed that the Berdzor (Lachin) hospital is used for military purposes. Artak Beglaryan, the Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), has noted about this on Twitter.
“It’s quite false & could be a preparation for striking this hospital, too,” Beglaryan added.
