Almost non-existent Azerbaijani leadership will be surprised soon, Armenian defense ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan told a briefing on Sunday.
He recalled about the Turkish participation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the visits of the high-ranking leadership of the Turkish army and the political leadership to Baku.
“Control of the Azerbaijani armed forces has been transferred to the Turkish army, the Turkish General Staff," he said adding that the Azerbaijani armed forces actually do not exist now.
