The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:

“On the night of November 1 and the whole day today, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to keep the settlements of Artsakh under fire.

The situation is particularly troubling in the cities of Martuni and Martakert, as well as nearby settlements.

In addition to missiles fired from Grad and Smerch multiple rocket launchers in the direction of the peaceful settlements, military aviation is also used here.

There are no victims.

The situation in other settlements is relatively calm.”
