The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:
“During the shelling in Stepanakert, two citizens were wounded near the Mother and Child Health Center (Republican Maternity Hospital).
One of the wounded citizens is in the surgery room, and the other is about to undergo surgery.
They are in medium grave condition and will remain under doctors’ supervision.
There are no victims among the civilian population following the shelling of Shushi.”
