The Armenian hairdressers in the Czech capital Prague have carried out four fundraisers in their beauty parlor, raising more than 5,000 euros during each fundraiser.

A total of 4,500 euros were sent to the Armenia Insurance Foundation for Servicemen, and 6,500 to the Armenian Mothers foundation which deals with refugee children, 7,000 euros were sent to general humanitarian aid, addressed families were helped, and 1,500 euros went to the Goris town hospital, says Sona Vardanyan, one of the managers of this beauty parlor.

According to her, the first task of the Armenian diaspora is to help the homeland with money, and the second is to raise the issue of the ongoing Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war, towards which Europe is silent as always.

God is with the Armenians, and the latter will prevail, no doubt, Vardanyan also said, adding that more than 70 percent of their clientele are not Armenians.
