Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova said Tuesday that the statement by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh implies transition to the full-fledged negotiation process, TASS reported.

“The statement implies unconditional transition to the full-fledged process of negotiations over all the factors of this, unfortunately, complicated and not simple issue,” she said.

On November 9, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a joint statement on complete cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
