The Russian defense ministry is forming an Interdepartmental Center for Humanitarian Response in Stepanakert, RIA Novosti reported.

The group ensures security when returning refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh: nine buses (250 people) were escorted through the Lachin corridor on Saturday, and another 19 buses (475 people) were escorted on Sunday.

The formation of the interdepartmental center for humanitarian response in Stepanakert will be fully completed by November 20, 2020, from that date, the center will begin to carry out the entire range of humanitarian response tasks assigned to it.
