A short while ago, Lieutenant General, former Head of the Military Oversight Service at the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan was summoned to the Special Investigation Service to give an explanation regarding the statements that he made today, ArmLur.am reported, emphasizing that the Special Investigation Service summoned him, but didn’t apprehend him.
Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan has sent the video recording of Hakobyan’s press conference to the Special Investigation Service to prepare a report in the prescribed manner under articles of the Criminal Procedure Code, verify the circumstances presented by Hakobyan through a criminal procedure and give a legal evaluation.
Hakobyan, who resigned from the position of Head of the Military Oversight Service at the Ministry of Defense, disclosed some information during his press conference today.
