Judge Anna Danibekyan today informed that the court will announce the decision on the motion for the recusal of the prosecutors for the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and other ex-officials on January 22. During today’s court hearing, four motions were simultaneously filed with the court for the recusal of prosecutors Gevorg Baghdasaryan, Petros Petrosyan and Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan.
The next court hearing is scheduled for January 26 at 1 p.m.
