- Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) emergency service reported that four more dead bodies have been found, while three of which are civilians.
The civilians' bodies were in the yards of their house.
The bodies of 1,251 fallen servicemen and civilians have been found so far.
- Turkish FM Mevlut Cavusoglu said that if the peace in Nagorno-Karabakh is lasting, then Turkey and Azerbaijan are ready to undertake steps aimed at normalizing relations with Armenia.
Armenian MFA spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan, in turn, said that Turkish-Azerbaijani leaderships' statements contradict each other.
"The Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises carried out near the Armenian border in violation of relevant OSCE commitments do not prove that the Turkish-Azerbaijani leadership has peaceful intentions towards Armenia. The cessation of hostile actions against Armenia may create conditions for building trust in the region," she said.
- European Parliament has adopted resolutions condemning Turkey for aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh.
The European Parliament strongly condemns the destabilizing role of Turkey which further undermines the fragile stability in the South Caucasus region.
It calls on Turkey to refrain from any interference in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict - including offering military support to Azerbaijan - and to desist from its destabilizing actions and actively promote peace.
The EP condemns the transfer of foreign terrorist fighters by Turkey from Syria and elsewhere to Nagorno-Karabakh, as confirmed by international actors, including the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries.
- A protest was being held Friday outside the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
Numerous people who took part in the recent Artsakh war demand that the respective money owed to them be transferred.
Davit Hovhannisyan, who participated in the war on a voluntary basis, told reporters that he was told by the military that the issue was related to documents.
- The US embassy in Armenia has condemned acts of atrocities connected with the Karabakh conflict.
According to the envoy Lynne Tracy, those responsible must be held to account.
"And, while the fighting has stopped, the need for an enduring political solution on the status of Nagorno-Karabakh is essential for securing regional peace and stability," she said.
- My Step ruling bloc was discussing Friday Armenian Supreme Judicial Council member candidacies.
The ruling bloc has nominated two candidates for the position of a member of the Supreme Judicial Council - Gagik Jhangiryan and David Khachatryan.
The discussion of their candidacies was taking place in an almost empty hall since the opposition MPs boycotted parliament's sittings.
There were protests in front of the parliament building as well. The protesters said the authorities wanted to take control of the judiciary.
- Earthquake hit Nakhchivan and has been felt in Armenia as well.
A magnitude-3.8 earthquake in the Nakhchivan-Armenia border area was recorded on Thursday, 33 km northeast of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan, and 10 km beneath the surface.
It measured magnitude 5 at the epicenter.
The seismic activity was also felt in Vayk and Yeghegnadzor towns of Vayots Dzor Province, and in a number of settlements of Syunik Province of Armenia —and with magnitude 3 to 4.
