Former US President Donald Trump's adviser told Axios that Donald Trump and his spouse got the COVID-19 vaccination back in January while he was still the US President.

The adviser did not specify which manufacturer Trump and his wife were vaccinated with. According to Ria Novosti, on January 20, at the time of his resignation as US President, two vaccines were approved: Moderna and Pfizer.

In October 2020, Trump caught COVID-19 and he announced his immunity to the disease. In December, CNN informed, pointing to the White House representative that Trump hadn't planned to be vaccinated against coronavirus. The representative noted that Trump would not be vaccinated, the White House doctors did not advise him so.

Three COVID-19 vaccines have been approved in the US: the two of which require two vaccinations, and the third product of Johnson & Johnson company, requires one vaccination. Joe Biden has promised 100 million vaccinations against the COVID-19 in the first 100 days of his presidency. Currently, according to statistics, over 75 million coronavirus vaccine doses have been used in the US.
