The defense of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan informs that the Constitutional Court will examine the case of Robert Kocharyan through a written procedure tomorrow.

“Dear colleagues, we inform that tomorrow, on March 23 at 11 a.m. the Constitutional Court will examine, through a written procedure, the issue of compliance of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia with the Constitution, based on the applications submitted by second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and the Yerevan Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction,” the press release of the defense reads.
