During the congress of his Justice and Development Party, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan touched upon the war unleashed against Armenia.

Erdogan declared that the Armenian side was allegedly always inhibiting the solution to the Karabakh issue and the Minsk Group made the situation more complicated. He also claimed that it was possible to put an end to the ‘seizure’ of Nagorno-Karabakh with Turkey’s support and through the heroism of Azerbaijan’s army during the war that Armenia allegedly ‘started’ last year.

According to Erdogan, Turkey will be consistent with implementation of the agreements reached on November 9, 2020.
